Submitting a notice
A rights holder or authorized representative may use the Content Removal Request page. A complete notice should identify the protected work, identify the SongValley content or exact page at issue, provide contact information, explain the basis of the claim, and include statements that the report is made in good faith and that the information supplied is accurate.
Review
SongValley may request additional information, restrict access to disputed material during review, notify the affected artist or contributor, and take appropriate action when a claim is sufficiently supported.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly submitting materially false claims or counterclaims may create legal consequences. Reports should be made only by the rights holder or a properly authorized representative.
Repeat issues
SongValley may restrict contributors or content associated with repeated or serious rights violations.
